Are you officially affiliated with the Mercedes-Benz Group?

Mercedes-Benz Owners is a independent organisation, run by enthusiasts, but we are not affiliated with the Mercedes-Benz Group in any way. This allows our advice, articles and recommendations to be completely impartial, and allowing us to provide a fair and trustworthy service free from industry bias.

I am unable to login or reset my password, what do I do?

Don't worry, we're here to help. Use our contact page to tell us about your problem and we'll be more than happy to help.

How do I extend, amend or cancel my subscription?

You can manage all aspects of your subscription by logging into your member area and clicking the My Subscription tab.

Will I still be able to access the service after I cancel my subscription?

Cancelling your subscription will revert you to a basic account, so you will still have access to your member area and free features. If you cancel part-way though your subscription, you will still retain full access to all benefits until your subscription period expires.
